Dream Builders Communication finds great joy in assisting the McNair Foundation in their end of year/summer symposium. This event will empower and train faculty, staff, students and parents because “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work.”
5/4: Y Achievers
Dream Builders Communication is excited to participate in the Y Achievers group session at ITT Tech. This dynamic event will focus on career readiness and interviewing strategies for youth graduating high school and either going to college or moving on into the work force.
5/4: Cleveland Community College
Cleveland Community College faculty, students and staff of the 3M program will experience a day-long leadership retreat as they prepare to transition their average into awesome.
5/17: LNC Class XIX Graduation
The time has come and this group of leaders has transitioned from one level of greatness to another. Dream Builders Communication’s CEO is proud to have assisted 52 of North Carolina’s brightest leaders in shifting to the next level.

Dream Builders Communication’s Dream Team will be traveling east to provide the Gates County Extension Services a day of leadership to remember. Participants will be encouraged, challenged and provided practical tools to leverage, learn and lead.
5/21: Women’s Symposium – Cleveland Community College
Cleveland Community College welcomes one of Dream Builders Communication’s finest for an interactive workshop entitled “Empowering Yourself to Greatness.” Participants will be empowered, encouraged and equipped with tools to achieve greatness and beyond.
5/22: NC Association of Volunteers
Dream Builders Communication’s CEO and Founder, Mr. Kenston J. Griffin, will ignite the North Carolina Association of Volunteer Administrators. This keynote address will be entitled “Change, It’s Simpler Than You Think.”
5/23: Robeson Community College
Robeson Community College’s leadership team is excited to have the Dream Team to assist in its summer leadership institute entitled “Building Blocks to My Success.” This one-day retreat will assist leaders to become transformational and 21st century ready to engage students and position them to become globally competitive.
